I would NEVER recommend her to anyone. I saw her for 5 months. She never once told me what my diagnosis was. She put me on the wrong medication. I have been told by two new doctors that they would not give me that med. She misdiagnosed my arthritis as Tennis elbow and actually snapped at me when I questioned that diagnosis. Because she was doing nothing to help my pain, I actually fell in her parking lot and sprained my ankle and broke my foot after my last visit with her.

I would recommend Dr. Trout to others without any reservation.. She is always pleasant and takes time to listen to your concerns and answer questions. You never feel rushed. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable. If she makes a recommendation for a treatment or procedure she gives a thorough explanation and will offer pros and cons of other options so that you can make an informed decision. I am very happy with the care I receive with Dr. Trout.

Dr. Trout has been my rheumatologist for the past five years, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She's an extremely knowledgeable and personable physician. I am very fortunate and thankful to have Dr. Trout in my corner!!

Ann Trout is one of the rudest drs I've ever encountered. I moved back to MA after being away 5 years. I'd been Dx'd w/Lupus several years prior, and my MA doctor referred me to her so I'd have a local rheumy. Before she came in to the exam room, she LOUDLY said to her nurse "HA, she thinks she has lupus? Where's her serology?" (Apparently my records hadn't made it to her?). What followed was one of the rudest encounters I've ever had. She was cold, snooty, and sent me away without my Rx's.
