Dr. Ann Stapleton, MD

Dr. Ann Stapleton is one of the kindest doctors I’ve ever had and actually does care about her patients. Dr. Stapleton listens when we don’t feel well and strives to find the answers we need to heal. Palm Springs and the surrounding area are lucky to have doctors like Ann Stapleton in our corner when we are feeling sick or in pain. Hopefully Dr. Stapleton will continue to treat those in need for a very long time as she is a true healer.

SHES EXTREMELY SMART AND KIND AND FUNNY. SHE WILL NEVER RUSH YOU THRU AN APPOINTMENT TO HURRY TO THE ONE WAITING. THESE GENEROUS BLOCKS OF TIME ARE ANOTHER REASON IM STAYING WITH EISENHOWER AND DR STAPLETON. SHE TRULY CARES FOR HER PATIENTS AND IM GREAT FULL SHES MY DOCTOR!

Dr. Stapleton brings a long history of HIV specialized care and research to her patients. Her bedside manner is excellent. And as a practicing physician myself, I'm comfortable referring any HIV patient into her practice!

Dr. Stapleton is an excellent PCP who coordinates multiple specialities in my complex care. In addition she is an outstanding Infectious Diseases specialist and HIV expert.

Dr. Stapleton is an expert in her field and is very thorough in our explanation. She has very goo bedside manner. Sometimes her schedule can get backed up adding to wait times but worth the wait.

She takes as much time as you need. Listen’s to your concerns and is engaging. Never minimizes your issues. She is a real healer, which is hard to find theses days. Sometimes you have to wait and that’s because she is spending time with the patient before you. And she’s stretched really thin. You would be lucky to have her as your Doctor! Is proficient in all matters related to HIV and aging.

Dr. Stapleton spends plenty of time with each visit. The doctor is always available every time I need her. She is on top of the latest research in HIV medicine, and has taken my calls even on Sunday. Dr. Stapleton cares for me like my mother did. Five Stars for sure!!

I had no response from her or the office after 3 Mychart messages, then multiple calls to her office and Nurse. I was assured each time I did speak to someone that she would be in touch that day. Again many days of no response and being told she would be in touch that day I gave up. After getting no response for 4 weeks finally I scheduled a visit, and even that appointment was delayed from its original time to the following day at 9:30 am, I finally did talk to the DR. at 1:30 pm that day. She gave no excuse or apology for the lack of communication.
