Dr. Ann Padilla, MD

Dr.Padilla has been my doctor since 2010 when we moved to the area. She is always cheerful, compassionate, and thorough in her evaluation of my issues and questions. Her knowledge of many areas is wonderful, and for areas she is unfamiliar with, she doesn't hesitate to refer to specialists. She is very easy to talk with and she listens to the patient. She takes her time with me as much as she can so she can get all the details she needs about things that are bothering me. . .not in and out like many doctors are.

It took me 3 months to get my annual appointment with Dr. Padilla. I’ve been seeing her for over three years and she is the most unfriendly doctor I’ve ever had. The appointment was so rushed that I didn’t have an opportunity to discuss some main concerns I wanted to address. She refused to provide renewals on my yearly medications. Her inability to listen and her lack of aptitude as a doctor is completely unacceptable.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ann Marie Padilla for about three years. I just experienced a situation today where the response from the doctor was so appalling and unprofessional that I’ve lost all trust in her and Desert View Family Medicine. The physician’s assistant did a lazy job of documenting my concerns, but even still, the response was so out of context and rude that I had to ask the gal to repeat it twice.
