Follow up care
I have been seeing Dr Norland for 5 years with full body skin checks. She recommended in April that I try a Fluorouracil treatment and to start in February due to sun exposure. She has not been available for follow-up and the clinic as she is no longer there.

Instead of freezing some strange spots on my face and neck she just named the conditions in scientific terms. Did nothing to help. I have been going to that clinic for 40 years and have never been treated so carelessly.

The exam was thorough and, even with masks and other COVID-required protocol, I found Dr. Norland to be pleasant, informative and helpful. The staff was polite and I never felt rushed or delayed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Norland and her team.

She did a thorough exam and took the time to talk with me and answer questions. My previous dermatologist was always rushed and I would leave there without answers. I will be continuing my care with Dr. Norland.
