Ann Kim was the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. I went in because I was concerned about a growth in my back. She spent the majority of our time asking me about me weight. (I'm a size 16, btw. Yes, I'm chubby, but not grotesque.) She LAUGHED at me on multiple occasions and rushed me out the door. Whatever. Bad experience. I wont go back, right? EXCEPT SHE SENT BLOODWORK OUT TO A OUT-OF-NETWORK FACILITY AND STUCK ME WITH A BILL FOR $5,000!!

I started using Dr. Kim as my primary doctor after my previous doctor moved. I have been very happy with her practice for the last year or so. . . . .She has taken very good care of my health, and given me excellent advice. I am 47 and in good health. If any health issues have come up she has helped me greatly! I have already referred her to a few people.

She is the rudest, most unprofessional doctor. I accompanied my mother to a first-time appointment with her. As my mother described her symptoms, Dr. Kim turns to me and goes, "Can you calm down? You're distracting me with your facial expressions." As I tried to explain why, SHE COVERED HER EARS WITH HER HANDS. Later on, she told my mother not to bring me with her next time. I was appalled. There was no reason for such hostility. How do you speak with patients and their family in this manner?

I was never given a flu shot, which I had requested. The girl who drew my blood never changed her gloves after handling the last patient. She wore the same gloves while taking out my vials and needle. I had to request that she change her gloves before drawing my blood, and then they sent my blood work to an out of network lab, when I specifically requested my samples to be sent to Lab Corp.

Clover Health is only acceptable for their previous patients who switched their insurance company to Clover. However, cash patients are welcome. I do not need to tell you what this means.

I know Dr Kim since she used to work in United Medical, in this place nobody could replace this excellent and caring doctor. I looked for her for a while and now I'm very happy to finally having Dr Kim as my primary Doctor. She is the best Doctor that I have ever met.
