As a doctor I have great respect for Dr. DiPaolo but the ineptness of her office staff offsets any positive about her practice. After two appointments waiting over two hours I gave up and never had a reply from them. Their inability to answer requests on orders and insurance questions shows their incompetence..

Exceptional physician
Have been a patient for more than twelve years and have found Dr. DiPaolo to be an extraordinary physician. There is such a sense of confidence with everything she undertakes and I have referred a number of patients, including my husband, with great results.

My partner and I have been under Dr. DiPaolo’s care for roughly 7 years. There has never been a moment when we have been disappointed in her or the office staff. Dr. DiPaolo painstakingly assisted my partner and I through the plethora of documentation required to ensure my partner had FMLA coverage for his employer. This was about a year long span of monthly paperwork the office had to complete and fax to our insurance company. Never, through this whole process, did Dr. DiPaolo or the staff make us feel like a nuisance; to the contrary, our rapport only grew. If you are looking for a doctor that will treat you kindly while not sugar coating anything and an AMAZING staff, look no further. If you are looking for a Dr who will get to the bottom of any of your health concerns, look no further. We are so very grateful to have such a thorough and considerate Dr as Dr. DiPaolo. The Lacey Medical Group staff have been like angels watching over us. Five stars across the board!!

Dr. Dipaolo is a very kind and attentive to patient needs. She is very polite & professional. She was recommended to me by my best friend & she has been wonderful to work with through the trials of managing multiple chronic & degenerative health issues. The only downside is that the wait times can sometimes be a bit long if she's very busy when you go in. I've had to wait up to about 40 minutes at times. Other times I'm back in the exam room in 20 minutes or so.

I have followed Dr. Dipaolo all over New Jersey, I first met her when she was working in Howell at a clinic there and then she went to Toms River and now Lanoka Harbor. I think she is wonderful and I have recommend her to friends and family. MY only complaint is the distance I travel from Howell which is my fault, or hers for being so good) and of course the hours you spend there in the waiting room waiting your turn. It is always a very long wait and if anything could change that would be it.

Doctor was great for well visits. There was an extremely long wait (over an hour), but once the doctor saw me she was thorough and spent ample time with me. For sick visits, forget it! The staff was incredibly rude when I badly injured my back. They couldn't squeeze me in for over a week and when I asked if there was any possibility of getting in earlier, they said, We have to save room for people sicker than you. Very rude and unprofessional.
