Dr. Anjeli Laungani, MD

The whole encounter with Dr. laungani was …weird?? I was REFFERED to this location by the local urgent care, but it’s clear they only want to address cosmetic concerns at this place (Dermatology Consultants). That is fine, but don’t have the urgent care send patients here. It took the doctor less than 30 seconds to examine my entire body (which was extremely uncomfortable and not what I asked for). She patted my suspIcious mole and said “that looks perfectly fine!” I still had to pay the copay of course.

Dr Laungani is very professional, very thorough in her full body examination and answers any questions in an understandable way. Very courteous and caring bedside manner.

Worst medical doctor I’ve ever seen. Barged in the room after a long wait, didn’t ask me about my concerns. Didn’t listen to what I had to say. Just started blasting me skin with liquid nitrogen and kept repeating “precancerous” with each blast. Then took a biopsy of a mole and 12 minutes later left the room to have the nurse complete the follow up information. I never had the opportunity to ask questions I had regarding my skin. Never addressed my dry skin or rosacea but tried to sell me an expensive SPF lotion. This woman should not be practicing medicine.

Despite how busy their clinic is and I presented with a dozen questions / concerns, she actually spent time with me on each. This was honestly the best doctor’s appointment of any specialty I’ve had. It’s great to feel “heard” and cared for.

Poor communicator. I had a concern on the weekend, and was advised by a Teledoc Dermatologist and RN from a NurseLine to call my Dermatologist on the weekend. I stated that I was happy to forward pictures of the condition. Four and a half (4.5) hours after placing a call to the answering service, I called back to the answering service to confirm the message was delivered. Pam at the answering service confirmed the initial message had been delivered. Within minutes of placing the second call, Adrian from the answering service called to inform me that Dr. Laungani said that if I call back, to say that their offices open at 7 AM on Monday. I have used this practice for more than 10 years, had been seen by the practice 10 weeks prior, and vetted my concern through two medical professionals before calling. It leads one to believe the priority is to return messages from the answering service, but not from the patients.

Outstanding experience with Dr Laungani. Very thorough full body exam and took the time to talk about skin health and my specific case. Look forward to my next visit with her.

I would highly recommend Dr. Laungani to anyone. She is extremely thorough, professional, patient and personable. I really felt like I had her full attention during my entire examination. Excellent experience.

I went to the Marietta practice, and was very impressed by her knowledge and overall professionaism, but most of all because she showed interest and compassion. I felt very comfortable with her. Great staff as well!

Far, far too aggressive with liquid nitrogen and insensitive to pain level, both during and after the treatment. The backs of my hands are raw with severe blisters, feverish, and swollen - and this is after five days since treatment. I am concerned now there is an infection. Having been a patient of Dermatology Consultants for about 20 years, I am surprised her aggressive nature and lack of sensitivity is tolerated by such a great group of physicians. This was my first visit to Dr. Laungani and I was very impressed with her professionalism and caring manner. There was no wait to see her and she performed a very thorough exam. I highly recommend her!
