Office Issues
I have been a patient of Dr. Urban's before she went to SLU Care and I think she is a wonderful doctor but the way this office is run is an absolute joke. You can never talk to the same person, no one knows what's going on and don't hold your breath to get a call back when you're forced to leave a message. It's unfortunate because she is an amazing doctor but dealing with the ineptness of the office is just not worth it.

Dr Urban is the most caring & best Dr in St Louis,Missouri. A Dr like Dr Urban is hard to find ! She is caring & takes the time to listen to me & goes out of her way to help her patients feel better . She & her staff do their job well . I thank God for a amazing caring Dr like Dr Urban

I couldn't ask for a better Doctor. She takes time to listen, takes time to call you with results of test. Dr. Urban is my favorit doctor, and I'm over 60...and her staff are the best, also

Thank you Dr. Urban for finally making me see that I am not just another patient through the doors. I absolutely HATE going to the Dr., no matter how bad I feel. I now have a Dr. that has shown me, going to the Dr. really isn't so bad and yes, they actually do care. Dr. Urban is amazing and I would absolutely recommend her. She and her staff kind of make you feel like family.
