Horrible staff and team...stay away!!!
Have been a patient for 5 years and no issues until recently. She moved to Milford and didn't realize she needed to update her billing information. I was told that my insurer refused to cover almost $2k in charges. Turns out that her billing dept failed to bill correctly. However, her team and staff acted extremely unprofessionally and repeat the same phrase...We practice medicine not insurance, you have to figure it out. Even after I figure out it was their mistake, months later, not a single apology. Suffice to say, they don't care about their patents in the least.

Dr Barad is a caring, intelligent physician whose desire is to approach from a whole rounded wellness of her patients. Her heart is in medicine. I believe she will absolutely thrive in a smaller, personable office and away from a more business oriented physicians group.

Irresponsible doctor and hospital (Ascension group
I went for an annual check up and all my blood test (Without fasting) was done in a confusion. Doctor didn't clearly tell to nurse about patient's fasting. Doctor said that's ok, if the reports are abnormal, lets do the blood work again. After 2 days, when i checked the reports online, all my reports are abnormal. I keep calling the hospital and trying to reach them for retest. No response from doctor even after calling multiple times, emailing her. Doctor didn't even suggest me anything for my health issues.

My family and I have been on an international assignment for 3 years and we returned last year. Before the assignment Dr. Barad was my internist, so therefore I wanted to schedule a physical. The front office offered me an appointment for March 2018 (8month out). The scheduling lady was very unfriendly (customer service not good). Not recommended
