Dr. Jackson is always kind and caring. She listens to my needs and helps me as well as encourages me.

I had two very frustrating experiences with this office. I went in for a routine health exam and never received any follow-up on my results. I assumed no news was good news, but six months later, during an unrelated appointment, the doctor casually mentioned that my previous test had shown concerning results—something that should have been communicated immediately. That was a terrifying way to find out, and I was left feeling completely disregarded as a patient.More recently, I scheduled my annual physical solely to get my inhaler prescription refilled—something that had always been a simple process. The doctor refilled it at that visit, but when it was time for my next refill, my request was denied. When I called, I was told I would need to come in for yet another appointment, despite having just seen the doctor a month prior. Not finding this out until I was in immediate need of my medication was beyond frustrating. Due to these repeated issues, I decided to switch providers.

Dr. Anita and her staff are professional, caring, and patient. She truly takes the time to listen, explains things thoroughly, and ensures you get the help you need.

I have never met a more compassionate and understanding doctor. Dr. Anita goes above and beyond to her elderly patients receive the best care possible. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely kind. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my grandmother's health!
