Dr. Anita Aebersold, DDS

Waited 30 min for scheduled appointment to be told doctor could not see me. Had two prior appointments there and staff spoke about other team members, complained about their job, 3 staff took personal calls and walked out of office at different times, dentist spoke to scheduler about her day and difficulties while I could hear and see them for several minutes indicating I could not be seen and did not address me directly even though I was visible and within ear shot—had scheduler then turn to notify me. Have had regular dental care with other providers for over 30 years and never had this experience. My first visit there was at old location & they did not file correct address with insurance company and that is still pending resolution. Had already had an appointment canceled on two occasions during said move and had not been told when I scheduled appointment initially they were moving. Maybe they will pull it together, but if your time is of value to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Very affordable cost-wise to other places. Also, she took the time to explain everything. She seemed very thorough in her exams and dental work. I wish I would have had her as my dentist all my life. Robert Price, Patient

GREAT DOCTOR AND GREAT OFFICE!!

I love the way she listens and cares so much about her work. Also have had several friends go their upon my recommendation and they have all been very pleased. It is a very personable as well as knowledgeable staff. One of my friends that went as new patient starting in hygiene was amazed at the depth of her problems from not being properly cleaned at previous office she had to for years. She noticed bleeding and had told previous dentist and hygienist. They said all ok. HAPPY!!!! GO & :)
