After a two hour wait, Dr. Rosario entered the exam room, did not say hello, say sorry for being late, made no eye contact, nothing. He went straight to the computer (not the patient) and asked "why are you here?". I was in town from CA bringing my elderly father in Florida for his PCP appointment. When I expressed frustration with Dr. Rosario's question and the wait, he walked out of the room and went to another patient, again this is after a two hour wait. My husband (who has been a practicing physician for over 30 years) and I were in utter shock that he just left and behaved so unprofessionally and almost childlike. We will NEVER go back and his license should be revoked.
