Dr. Angelika Snyder, DO

I feel Dr Snyder is very thorough and caring. I did not have a long wait to get in the office. And she spent enough time with me to go over my medications. The patient portal makes it easy to renew my meds when needed. I highly recommend her!

I had a really bad experience with Dr. Snyder. While I was waiting, I heard her gossiping about patients which felt really unprofessional. When I finally got to see her, she kept cutting me off and didn’t seem to care about my concerns. She just brushed off what I was saying and didn’t even explain why. When I asked about other treatments, she got annoyed and didn’t offer any. I felt like she didn’t care about me at all. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone who wants a doctor that actually listens.

I do not recommend seeing Dr Snyder or any partners involved with Primary Care of Western New York. While my experiences with Dr Snyder herself were positive, the practice itself is disappointing. The call wait times are absurdly long, providers do not follow up with issues, and on multiple occasions, staff members produced incorrect measurements that they recorded to my medical record.Full disclosure: I am bitter because Dr Snyder dropped me as a patient because a copay of $25 was calculated after my last visit six months ago. I assumed I could pay the small sum the next time I was at the practice during my 6 month follow-up, but I just received the letter that I was dropped. It feels like a punch in the gut. Yes, I made an error, but I was not expecting such a drastic action.Before pursuing care from Dr Snyder, please be aware that she will drop you without hesitation and that the practice as a whole has a lot to be desired.

In my experience with my mother and Dr. Snyder, she does not provide the best care for elderly patients. Not all patients should be pawned off on a PA.

I love the practice. Dr. Snyder is awesome. She actually takes her time and listens. The practice isn't over packed and no there was not a long waiting period to see the dr when you make an appointment and the staff is fast once you get there.

Great bedside manner, follow through and competence. A caring professional.

I have been seeing Dr Snyder for about three years and have had nothing but good experiences at this practice. She really takes the time to listen to your health concerns, is very kind, personable and professional. She has helped me through some difficult times and I am very grateful and pleased with her service. The staff is always friendly and the wait times are short there. I am very happy I found her and have recommended her to family and friends!

Dr. Snyder is the most caring professional I have had the pleasure of working with on my health issues. She has been the thorough in her examinations and goes the extra mile if I need her assistance in any area of my medical problems. Would highly recommend her and have done so.

Dr Snyder is the least trustworthy most self serving person I have ever met. I would be very wary of her. She is self serving and has no problem discussing your private files or those of your children with any person who is unauthorized and happens to call in claiming to know you. She cares about herself and that is all.

Annual assessment today and she’s as sweet, kind, professional and thorough as always!!! I am so happy with this practice. Office staff is delightful.

She was ok at first. However the last two visits she began treating me like a customer rather than a patient. She’s was so cold this past visit when asking about mental health issues, I left crying and even more upset than when I came in. She spent about 5 minutes with me and began the visit by telling me she didn’t tell me to follow up on blood work- when she very clearly had. Very disappointed in her, and hopefully she will learn as she’s continued how to treat people, like people

Dr Snyder was very personal and professional. As this was my first visit I was please at all the time she took to go over all my medical history and issues. Dr Snyder has a very warm and friendly way about her . Also a very friendly staff.

Dr. Snyder is trusting compassionate and very knowledgeable I would recommend her to anyone looking for a smart young perspective for a lifetime Dr she helped me through a lot and I am forever grateful she does what's right even if at the time you're not so sure and for me it was hard to just trust a new doctor but I'm glad that I did doing well now thank you Dr.Snyder. -Michael Saccomanno

What a knowledgeable doctor. It took three weeks to get in but worth the wait. She is a no nonsense doctor. She listens and orders on what testing is needed verses what my insurance seems to think I need. Dr. Snyder was kind. She seemed to listen and I plan to do the same for her.
