Dr. Angelice Alexander-Martin, MD

I have been a patient of Doctor Alexander's since 2016ish, and very happily so. Even at my first appointment, it was evident to me that she and her staff were a significant improvement over those who had treated me previously, and that remains true. I genuinely cannot count the times the Doctor met or spoke with me outside normal hours to provide care, simply because I needed her help, and I certainly can't express what a huge difference that has made in my life.More specifically, I have been in treatment for a hormone imbalance for a little over 18 months, and I'm that time Doctor Alexander has always made sure that I had the information, medications, and time that I needed to be comfortable with and confident in my treatment protocol; consequently, it has gone very well I'm my opinion, and I feel generally happier, more energetic, and simply better than I did before beginning hormone replacement therapy. I'm glad I did it, and glad that I had Dr. Alexander to guide me through.

I thought Dr Alexander was great. I visited her office for weight management and counseling. Dr Alexander and her staff were friendly, helpful, and very supportive.

I came to Dr. Alexander for help with hormone replacement therapy, but was only given testosterone, which did not work. I found an error in her notes, and she was rude when I questioned her. She seems only interested in making money, and her “care” shows this loud and clear. Pass on this doctor!

Dr. A and her staff are amazing! I've been a patient for 10+ years and I've never had a bad experience. Appointments run smooth, never rushed, feel valued and heard as a patient, staff is always friendly and welcoming, scheduling is a breeze, always prompt at returning calls even after hours. My life wouldn't be what it is today if it hadn't been for Dr. A and her staff. They were there for me during one of the darkest periods of my life and I will always be so grateful for them and the work they do.

I have had nothing but a good experience with Dr. Alexander and her receptionist Marie. Both have been extremely friendly and I have not had any trouble making an appointment. Dr. Alexander answered all my questions and was understanding of my worries. They have a new lady that works there now named Yolanda and she has been extremely sweet everytime I’ve came in. It’s a very inviting family atmosphere there. So the above comment is a little worrying. Maybe this client just had a bad attitude and expects the Dr to move mountains. Unknown. But I would recommend this office to anyone, and have.

Dr. Alexander rushes in & out of your appointment, speaking so rapidly you have no time to respond. My concern on severe weight gain was brushed off with a condescending "that's subjective". Marie at the front desk is HIGHLY incompetent, admittedly "unable to take a phone message by hand if the computers are down". YIKES. I have called several times (after being a patient for 8 months) and I'm still waiting WEEKS for responses to dire needs. Dr. Alexander should NOT be a doctor. *AVOID, AVOID!!*
