My family have seen Dr. Neison for several years. She's always quite friendly, kind, and warm during visits, and she's helped us get treatment for a couple of issues that other doctors hadn't been helpful with, but the practice isn't quite what I'd like. Patients have to make a separate appointment for each complaint, which is inconvenient and defeats the purpose of having a general practitioner. Dr. Neison hasn't always been very good at hearing me when I have concerns or following up when I've asked for more information via the patient portal about results from other departments. She often offers solutions without hearing my whole concern, and when I ask questions about treatments, rather than working with me to offer information, explanations, or alternatives, she just lets the issue drop completely. I like not feeling pressured, but I don't feel like I'm getting complete care.

Dr. Neison took over from our family Dr. of over 30 years and I have to say she is wonderfull! She has treated my Type 2 Diabetes for the last 6 years, helping me with all the questions and concerns I've had about everything from Flu to cuts. Dr. Neison truly is what I looked for in a Family Doctor!
