I have been a patient of ers for over 30 years, excellent care, always listens and explains well. Very caring.

She’s quick at giving you negative answers, calls you names for caring for your loved ones and attacks you for wanting information regarding your loved ones progress and forgets to write her notes. Not caring at all.

Yes I recommend Dr. ZAYAS to my friends and family she is the best very caring she been my doctor for more than 30 years I lived in Pasadena Texas then moved to San Antonio Texas and I travel 4 hours just to come see my doctor she is very understanding but most of all she is caring and tells it the way it is

I have had the good fortune to be a patient of Dr. LaiZayas since 2015. She has always been available when I was ill, and she keeps up with my annual and semi-annual visits with care and consistency. She LISTENS. This is a great trait in a physician. I would highly recommend her, and I am grateful she is my doctor.

Having not been to a doctor in many years, I was delighted to find this clinic and this doctor. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I was warmly greeted outside the facility to be screened, then allowed inside the waiting area. I I was called into the exam room very soon after. The nurse was very friendly and relaxed, asking me various questions. Then Dr Lai Zayas came in right on time. The exam took place, we chatted and I was released with 4 referrals for issues requiring specialists. Overall, I'm so happy with my experience.

Dr. Lai Zayas has been my doctor for a few years now and I think she is amazing! She is very attentive,caring and listens to all concerns I have! Her NP, Quetzalli Zavala is also wonderful and very thorough! Her staff is great from the front desk girls to the nurses! I would strongly recommend Dr. Lai Zayas to anyone looking for a great doctor!

Excellent doctor

Experiencing upper abdomen pain, dr Lai Zayas is immediately getting labs and imaging requests done. She takes time to listen to you and asks you questions so that she can work on getting you to feeling better. I’ve been going to her office for over 13 years. I absolutely cherish her. FYI I moved over 80 miles away from her office just over 5 years ago and I don’t mind traveling to see her because she’s that valuable to me. She treated my father up until he passed away and so she knows my family history. I would recommend her practice to everyone. Also, her staff (Especially Gabby & Maria) are always so pleasant and helpful getting me in and out.

Excellent care. She takes time reviewing your meds and recommendations on future testing.
