She treated me terribly during my labor and c section. Her bed side manners are awful, and I truly felt like she did not care about me or respect reasonable requests. She’s extremely passive aggressive, and threatened to send me home if I didn’t let her break my water once I was already dilated to a 4. She pressured me, and threatened me. She was just trying to rush me out, and ruined my labor experience. During my c section, I could hear her talking about her plans for that weekend... If you’re looking for a doctor who cares about your well being, and won’t rush your labor I suggest you steer clear.

Dr. Valle is nothing but kind. She really knows what she is talking about and takes time to explain things clearly with you. See goes out of her way for her patients and has fit me in to her busy schedule when something important or immediate occurs. She's been a great doctor and both my husband and I look forward to having Dr. Valle in our lives for years to come!

Dr. Valle has been kind, professional, knowledgeable and an amazing listener my entire pregnancy! She remembers who I am from appt to appt and her med techs and the office staff are wonderful! I got a tough diagnosis of gestational diabetes and she was incredibly helpful and supportive of how I personally wanted to try to manage it and referred me to an excellent in network endocrinologist. She’s an easy going, no BS lady and I will keep her until she retires for all of my reproductive tract needs!

My wife went for specific appointment(put IUD)...but pushed all services and billing more than 4K for IUD. All services mean... preventive care, pap smear etc.. that is not we asked for. --watch out over billing $$$$$

I saw Dr. Valle for my pregnancy in 2018. At first, it was a great experience but I had to abruptly find another doctor at 32 weeks because she began sending me very passive aggressive emails through my ucla portal account and causing me a lot of stress during my pregnancy. She became almost hostile when I refused to get vaccinations during my pregnancy. The staff at the old westlake office was incompetent and violated several HIPPA violations.I had brought this to the supervisors attention after I had decided to find another doctor. The supervisor seemed annoyed at my complaint until I showed her that I had a video recording of the incident. I also called in to speak with Dr. Valle to see if I should come in for an appointment because I was experiencing burning and pain in the vagina area. I spoke with her nurse(assistant) and she said the doctor would call me back within a couple of hours. I never received a call or email from Dr. Valle. That is not acceptable care.

I could not have asked for a better pregnancy and delivery experience through Dr Valle. Office visits are always on time and extremely organized. The entire staff is wonderful and they were always one step ahead of my questions. Thanks again Dr valle for a wonderful experience!

She is simply awesome! I feel like she really cares and is passionate about her job. She is committed also and takes the time to call her patients to discuss matters and questions that may arise! Truly a remarkable doctor!
