Cancelled appointment with informing patient
I had scheduled an appointment 2 months in advance. The office cancelled it, which I learnt about when I went for my appointment. They claimed that they left 2 messages on my phone, none of which I received. I did not get a message about the cancellation even through the portal or via email. Not even a follow up to confirm if they could reschedule my appointment. Have to wait another 2 months until I get another appointment. My next appointment will certainly not be with this doctor. They did not even apologize, rude, inconsiderate and did not even offer to reschedule. Horrible, unreliable and outright bad.

While Dr/ Sturdivant is a lovely person, trying to get an appointment or follow up with her is a nightmare. She has left me for a year now waiting on feedback and follow-up on a procedure. I have finally given up and am looking for a new doctor.
