Dr. Angela Nahl, MD

Two of my friends had LASIK and recommended Dr. Nahl. I didn't qualify for LASIK due to my high rx (-11 if I remember correctly) but I could do PRK. She took the time to explain why she recommended it and the challenges I might face (delayed healing due to dry eyes). Surgery went very smoothly and I did experience delayed healing. However, because of the time she spent pre surgery, I felt completely comfortable with her treatment recommendation. I'm still in the 'recovery' phase (3 months) but I'm seeing better than I could've hoped for. My Rx is now -1.5 and I'm completely delighted. Also want to give a shout out to her office staff as they made the experience even more comfortable. Office staff are the face and first impression and they delivered. I HIGHLY recommend her and her team. She was transparent, upfront, and very attentive.

Not good... went for LASIK, first apt she said I was not a candidate for monovision sx bc of what I do for a living, since I never heard of monovision and it was not for me, I did not care to ask anything. Second apt, pre-op, the nurse was great, but Dr. Nahl, came in a rush, did a very quick exam, and then said that I was a candidate for monovision, I asked why she changed her mind, but since she was in a hurry, gave a quick explanation, I told her that stuff looked blurry to my when I use both eyes (using the lenses that she was testing) she said that I was going to see like that for 3 days max after surgery and then it was going to be good and for my age, it was recommended. I trusted her dx that I was a good candidate for monovision sx, had the surgery and it has been a nightmare ever since, told her I wanted to be reversed, within 3 weeks, but a year later still won't be able to get it reversed due to dry eye. Needless to say, I struggle when I work.

I had a great experience with Dr. Nahl, Brooke, and Shilo. I can see better than 20/20 now--very helpful with newborn!

Dr. Nahl is amazing! I was a little nervous about getting Lasik, but she explained everything so well and made the process so easy that all my worries went right out the window. Everything was laid out so well that it made going through the surgery and recovery process a breeze! She has a genuine passion for what she does and now because of her, I can see perfectly. I had incredible results and had my vision was to be corrected better than my prescription. I could not be happier with my results! If you are thinking about getting the procedure done and you do not go with Dr. Nahl you are truly doing yourself a great disservice.

Dr. Nahl is incredible. She performed a PRK surgery on me a couple of years ago, after I had not so great results with lasik and another surgeon. My eyes healed so well and my vision is perfect. Recently I had an accident where my cornea got scratched. I should have gone to see Dr. Nahl much sooner after the trauma. Even though she wasn’t in network for me, I knew I had to see the best so I’m so happy I went back to her. Dr. Nahl is so caring, brilliant, and her personality is so positive. I just love her.

I had my lasik procedures done yesterday June 11, and I want to say that my results were amazing. From the time from consultation, to procedure and finally to post op everyone been friendly, informative and answered all my questions. I am very happy with my results. And highly recommended anyone who is thinking of doing it to come to Dr. Nahl The surgery it self was quick and painless. I end up sleeping for 20 hours after surgery however the next day back into results schedule.

It's been over a year and I am so, so happy with my vision! I can't even begin to explain how grateful I am to have such great vision that does not need to be corrected!

Angela Nahl exceeded my expectations in every way. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and very professional. The procedure was quick, painless, and was amazing. Wish I did it sooner. I recommend this place to anyone.

I came on 3/2/18 to meet with the Doctor, I was told she was in surgery. I did see the clinic manager who ran several tests on my eye and confirmed what my optometrist had initially stated was wrong with my eye. I was told information would be forwarded to my insurance provider. I have since called the clinic every three days to get a status. It has been three weeks and I have not heard anything back, they never return phone calls. Now I am scrambling to find someone else.
