Dr. Angela Macri, DO

I had a skin scan screening. Dr. Macri was very rushed and not thorough. For example, she did not check my feet. Do I have skin cancer on my feet? Probably not, but I don't know. She may be trying to be efficient and squeeze an extra minute out of each screening, but for me as a patient a screening is a rare chance to get peace of mind from a thorough exam and Dr. Macri did not perform a thorough exam. I feel cheated and as though she did not care if she did a good job or not. I will see a different dermatologist in the future.

Dr. Macri is awesome! I have had some bad experiences with dermatologists in the past, and I am so happy to have found her. She is quick & efficient, while still giving great care, and is so kind! She is also very knowledgeable, and I trust her judgment a lot. She has done biopsies that were quick & painless, as well as helped me w some acne & skin stuff. She is great about offering multiple treatment options to find something that works for your skin. She has also recommended me some great products. She gave me some acne fighting tools that have changed my skin. Most of all, she just actually listens, and then offers things to help! Simple, but powerful. Her nurses are wonderful too. I have gone to dermatologists my whole life and have always dreaded it. Now I actually look forward to my visits. That’s saying something!
