No Follow Through for Health Needs
I was so excited to see Dr Lowe to review my health. After having a baby and losing my own Mom at the same time a few months ago, I wanted to get ahead of my health concerns.The appointment went well, Dr Lowe heard my concerns and helped to address my blood work and mammogram needs.However, whenever I needed medicine it took 3 plus weeks from my appointment to get necessary updates. I sent multiple messages through the portal asking for an update and was ignored and hung out to dry.I wrote one last message saying that I am taking my care elsewhere and needed to change my healthcare and of course this is when the office calls me...please let us know your new health insurance! Yet all of my other requests for updates were ignored.This office wasted my time and made me feel so unsupported and uncared for.
