Couldn't get an appointment for 3 months after I was released from a 13 day stay in the hospital. I was told she had been sent all hospital records and I needed to see her within 7 days. On previous visits she always runs late. Poor with time management, so if you want a two plus hour wait time you could expect it. Person answering phone was rude, if you could get an answer. Most of the time it goes to voicemail. I would not recommend this physician to anyone.

A doctor who cares
I started seeds my Dr Keon in 2022 as my primary care dr. She was very thorough in my first visit; getting our history & took a little time to get to know me. She addressed all my concerns, professionally & efficiently. Every single time I have seen her, I have received excellent care,. Yes her wait times can be long because she does treat her patients as human beings & not a dollar sign. She doesn’t just write out a script ; she evaluates if one is needed & what the best action plan is to get you back to a 100%.

The absolute Best Doctor
Dr Keon agreed to meet with me a little over a year ago when I needed a pre release for foot surgery, After seeing how devoted she to helping her patients, I left feeling that I finally have someone that is more concerned about her patients well being then she was concerned about running her office as money making business. Thank you for everything Doc

Unprofessional
I called the office to see why my prescriptions were not refilled when the pharmacy faxed them over over a week ago. Told by the staff that she left and is no longer there. She did not send out letters to her patients but left staff to contact patients. Very rude and unprofessional. Wherever she went, I hope prospective patients read the reviews. She is off my list as a PCP! BTW, I have an appt with another provider to get my prescriptions refilled.

My first experiennce with a dr since moving to Florida. She is the worst doctor I have ever been to in my life! So unprofessional and kept me waiting over 2hrs. When she finally did see my, she wanted to talk about her life story. She should go back to med school and learn some bedside manners. Ugh...

Worst experience with any primary care MD
Dr. Keon insisted on scheduling scans on equipment her office owns. Even insisted on a thyroid scan more than 30 years after my thyroid was ablated and I was stable on medication. She also on another visit freaked out and said I was in liver failure based on 1 blood test. Another scan; normal liver. She either scams people or is incompetent. Perhaps both.

Outrageous wait time..
I had an appointment at 9:30 at 10:45 I was told it won't be much longer at 10 minutes after 11:00 my frustration was beyond control. I am not retired I scheduled doctor's appointments on my days off. but when a doctor's appointment takes you over 4 hours to complete ridiculous.

Interesting information
Dr. Keon is an extremely caring and thorough physician who spends a lot of time with her patients. It is quite unfortunate and a shame that her office is extremely disorganized with exorbitant wait times due to incompetent scheduling. In addition her incoming phone lines are rarely available. Case in point. The phone lines have not been on for 4 days and there is no email available for you to contact them(I wonder why?) If you have pressing needs or an emergency you may as well just go directly to a hospital for treatment it's very disappointing as a patient and virtually impossible to create trust with a doctor under these circumstances.

Dr Keon is a wonderful PCP. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and supportive. She covers all the bases during her visits which yes, means you often have to wait, but she gives you the time you need when you're with her. As a Master's prepared RN I appreciate that she keeps abreast of current practices. The other providers to whom she's had to refer me have been just awesome. I trust her implicitly and highly recommend her. Unlike others, I have always found the office staff to be attentive and helpful. I've seen them deal with some very challenging patients in a calm, professional manner, especially Cindy.

A physician who is caring, takes the time to take care of her patients by not rushing through the doctor patient process. And, she knows her stuff!!! She has been my primary care physician for about 5 years now.

Dr. Keon is a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable physician. The office staff is another story. They can be very rude to the patients and definitely mismanage her time and appointment schedule. If you are planning on becoming a patient of this office, prepare yourself for a long wait!! You will need hours of time to get through an appointment. It is a very frustrating experience

Dr. Keon is actually a very good doctor ...once you get to see her. I have been to see her 2 times. In every case I have waited over an hour to see her. Today I had an appt. at 11:00. While I waited she wandered into the waiting room 3 times and patients who were there without an appt. started talking to her and in one case she even took one back to see him. At 11:45 I approached the desk and asked how much longer it would be and was told they had no idea. It was then I discovered the other patient had been waiting 1 hour and 25 minutes. I told them to cancel my appt. Once she sees you she takes time and really listens but she needs to set her schedule accordingly. I unfortunately am now looking for a new PCP as I think respect goes both ways and it is apparent Dr. Keon does not respect her patients' time.
