I wanted yo get all of my doctors under one roof to make it more convenient my doctors and myself. Chose Dr. Hart because she had openings and I took a gamble, no referrals. She has done nothing to truly help me, she is very dismissive, literally uses the words “ I cant or wont help you”. I have been chronically sick for a long time, she has zero ability or desire to even try to put the pieces of my puzzle together. She is now only speaking to me through her assistants. Needed a second hip surgery, asked her for a referral, she said “Im not giving one as you dont need a second opinion”. Never even heard of a doctor deterring a patient from getting a second opinion for a serious surgery. She is arrogant, she is dismissive to say the least and just overall in my experience not a good doctor on any level.She has collected my copays and whatever my insurance pays. She has not benefited me in any way. Please do not waste your time, keep searching. There is better, Im looking too.

At my first physical I noticed that Dr.Hart was not very thorough and not interested to get to know me as a new patient. I gave her a chance and unfortunately should have listened to my gut because she proved to be very dismissive, cold and even rude when I needed her help the most.

I would never recommend this doctor to my family and friends. In my opinion, she is very uncaring and quite full of herself.
