Dr. Cope and her staff are worth the drive to [...]. It's not a fun drive through traffic and downtown but she and her staff are the reason I do it. She has always been and amazing physician who is personable as well as knowledgeable. She communicates fully and with a way of putting you at ease. She makes you feel welcomed.

Listen, i'm normally not someone who complains but she was SO rude. She never communicate anything to me, she shamed me for being on my period, and she told me the doctor I was going to and believe in is a hoax and I need to get out of there fast. Brought other med student people in the room without asking and then never communicated when she was doing an exam and it caught me very off guard.

My main issues with this provider is the wait time and lack of concern for my issue. I have previously seen this provider several years ago and the issue was the same. I am sympathetic to the fact the medical community is rather overrun at the moment but I currently feel bad and am seeking help.

Does Not Care
She passed me on to someone else even though she could have treated me. I was in pain and her lack of motivation added weeks to my suffering. As I am a caretaker for my disabled daughter, Dr. Cope's lack of caring turned my family upside down and turned a simple situation into prolonged hardship.

Dr. Cope was my first encounter with an doctor in a long time. I have been going to NPs due to poor experiences with doctors. Dr. Cope listened and validated my concerns. She provided education without "lecturing" and I felt good about the plan.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
Every time I have seen her, I was forced to get a vaginal exam to get any type of treatment. Her and the front office staff talk to you like you are nothing. It’s no different than how men talk to women they do not respect. I still feel violated and disrespected years later.
