Dr. Angela Chang, MD

Dr. Chang was most assertive in my sudden hearing loss, I was scared, worried and very stressed, I call and her staff (excellent people) and very caring and understanding, helped me, the next day I had an appointment with her she did a thorough assessment and treated me, my hearing has come back, I am so thankful and grateful for Dr. Chang.

First the staff was friendly. I felt welcomed. Dr Chang heard what I had to say, discussed a plan and reasons why. I personally like to know options and how they fit in my life.

Dr Chang was pleasant, efficient and effective at removing a wax buildup in my one ear. I was concerned about pain but she made sure to ensure that it was a painless procedure

I felt very good about my appt with Dr. Chang. I believe she heard my concerns, took action to check the worse case scenario on the spot. Recommended first option and the next if I didn't experience results. Overall good visit. Moving forward.

I would recommend Dr Angela Chang with a higher rating then 5 stars if I could. She gas been me specialist for 8 years. If you are in need of a ENT specialist. I cannot emphasize the importance of her knowledge.

She accurately and quickly diagnosed the problem. I B should have described the problem to get a sooner appt but my primary didn’t know an ENT.

Dr. Chang attentively listened. She was thoughtful and informative offering add’l opportunities to see where else to look for answers to my health questions.

I have had problems with my ears my whole life and it has been years since I have seen an ENT. After seeing Dr. Chang that won't happen again! She is professional, knowledgeable and kind. Knew exactly what she was doing, and I don't get vertigo when I lay down anymore! I give her staff props as well. Terrific!

Dr. Chang was super sweet and explained every step very well and clearly. I recommend this place 100%. I was super nervous about going but she was extremely reassuring about every step and feeling I would feel. The front staff was kind as well. Was able to get an appointment fast.

Excellent, friendly and knowledgable Doctor!

First the secretary reminded me of my appointment and then helped me find the place. Second, the office felt calm and spacious with relaxing art work. Then Dr Chang answered my questions, let me see the screen of the camera inside my nose and afterwards suggested a few simple practices to help my allergies. I enjoyed her poised demeanor and sweet smile along with her knowledge

It was easy to set appointment and they did call when they had a cancelation. Medical Assistant was knowledgeable and nice. Doctor listened to my concerns and explained what she was going to do. Follow up was excellent as well.

Everything was superb, including staff, facilities, and Dr. Chang's knowledge and easy communication. All was smooth and nothing was rushed. Everything was clarified and all questions were answered. Couldn't be better!!

She was pleasant and performed an excision of a minor bump on my tongue on the first visit.

Today after our 1st visit with Dr. Chang, my daughter exclaimed 'all my doctors are good, but she's the best doctor ever!' We found her to be knowledgable, friendly, professional, but also kind and patient, which my daughter needs due to a complex medical history. Dr. Chang never appeared rushed, gave easy to understand explanations before and during the procedure, and provided a clear plan to follow with next steps. She answered all our questions, giving us complete confidence we were in great hands. Thank you, Dr. Chang! (and your staff too.)

I made the appointment about two Months ago for my son and I.I specified that we needed back to back appointments. They gave me a 3 pm so I told them I would have to take my son out of school early.they called me to ask if I can come at 10:15 I told them no as my son is in school.They asked me if I can do 3:45 and I say yes then I dont have to take my son out of school early. When we arrive they told me that one appointment was at 3 and was at 345. What? I said just see my son and I skip my appointment and they told me unfortunately the doctor does not have time to see him. It’s now 415 going back and forth and I asked where the doctor was and they say in an appointment so she was actually late? The lady had the audacity to tell me that I was actually 5 min late! My son was crying so much it was tough. Now we have to wait two months for another doctor to see us back on allergy meds until then… terrible!!! I wish they never changed our appointment my son was disappointed.

Dr. Chang took the time to listen carefully, even did ad hoc research on some points I had mentioned, and then came up with a thoughtful diagnosis, instructed on medication I should take and arranged for a follow up visit in 2 month to check progress.My visit with Dr. Chang was a great experience.
