Waste of Time
Just an absolutely horrendous experience every time I've visited this practice. Every office visit had over an hour wait in a completely crowded waiting room. It was an hour and a half before I saw the doctor this last visit! It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. I had questions about my scheduled procedures, and I left numerous voicemails with no return call. I called Billing several times, and their voicemail states they will return your call within 72 hours. It took 3 weeks of me calling to finally get a response, even though it didn't fully address all of my questions. I thought they were part of the University of Chicago Medical Center, but they seem to be a separate entity. They have no online portal, despite claiming one is on the way for months. The doctor himself is fine, but my time with him is maybe 10 quick minutes out of a 2 hour experience. I do not want to waste my time with this practice again.

He Is an excellent cardiologist
His assistant never calls you back. We have now started going through our primary to get things that have to be done that Dr. Lynn has asked us to have done. She never sent in reports. Finally I went through another doctors assistant to get to Lins assistant two days later she called me back. We were supposed to have a prescription called to increase the medication he wanted blood. She apologized after any calls ever called him. She never calls back my visits to his office hearing people say he’s a good doctor, but the assistant never calls you back and nothing go through my primary doctor and have them fax things covering my own bottom. I have had the things done if they don’t do it then that’s on them.

Dr. Lin is a nice doctor and very trusting. Unfortunately his assistant does not return phone calls or answers messages. Phone calls on analysis are never returned like promised. He needs to get a new assistant who is more professional and actually calls patients back.

Dr. Lin is a nice person - however it was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had as a patient. The office staff was completely incompetent, and after waiting for 4 hours to be seen, I arrived 25 min early, I have changed providers. I still haven’t received all of my visit notes after requesting a month ago and have gotten the same bill 3 times, although I have a $0 balance

Dr. Lin is patient, kind, and trustworthy. I always feel he does his best when taking care of my parents who both have heart issues. My parents think he is the best because he listens and cares. And my siblings and I feel he goes above and beyond in showing his concern which we appreciate so much.
