Pack and go appointment
The whole time I felt like I was rushed. Total time of appointment was less than 15 minutes. I even had to tell Dr twice to please let me finish what I was saying. I am so tired of doctors that feel they have to do the minimal work for each appointment. I was even super early for my appointment and he saw me early, so, why should he feel rushed?

Excellent Doctor, highly recommend
You can tell the negative reviews were from people trying to milk the system. Very professional and knowledgeable. I went hoping for a different diagnosis for an old issue but didn't happen, he clearly laid my options, was friendly and welcomed me to contact him again with any issues.

Worst experience from a Dr. I’ve ever had!!!
July 10,2023 I was seen by Dr.Wong He was very Rude, Unprofessional, irrational,Disrespectful, Not compassionate, Confused, Awful communication skills He did Not have all of my patient paperwork/ documentation in-front of him, office staff and self were very unorganized and Not on point. During my visit with him in patient room he literally walked out on me and didn’t want me to ask him any other questions and during the time in the room he made me cry by pressing on my wrist which is injured mind you I’m on worker’s compensation, When I came home from dr. Office my hand swelled up pain was severe all on Right arm, wrist, elbow and arm I had MRI done due to my work injuries and I am injured also MRI papers confirmed and he said nothing is wrong with me, He does not deserve to be a Dr. or be around patients for care he needs To go back to college and focus on his compassion for others along with communication skills, I’m never going back!!..worst treatment & experience ever!!..

Unprofessional Doctor
I went to see this so called "specialist" to examine my hand which I injured at work and the visit was a waste of time. He seemed bother to have to answer my questions. He grabbed my hand moved it left, right, up and down and his diagnostic was: " you don't have anything go back to work". I went to get a second opinion from another doctor and now Im getting surgery done.

Arthritis Conditions
Has made it sufficient about the use of wrist braces and hands exercises with pain reducing cream for less arthritis. Even without an assistive equipment of a keyboard that could have been adjusted to fit and support the comfort of typing many formats by both hands, the appointment that day had came out quite just as well.

Waste of my time!
I had an appointment with spinal specialist Dr. Glivar. At the last minute, they called and said the doctor didn’t come in and I had to be rescheduled. I arrive to an absolutely packed waiting room. One hour and 15 minutes later, I was finally called into an exam room. They take my history and I explain that I have a pinched nerve in my neck. The medical assistant orders X-rays of my arm!!?? 20 minutes later, Dr . Wong walks in. I immediately asked where was Dr. Glivar? He says, sorry for the long wait, but I’m a hand and arm specialist. I just wasted two hours for the most unprofessional medical appointment that I’ve ever experienced. Avoid this clinic

My visit with Dr. Wong is to date the worst Doctor visit I've ever had. I left feeling confused and diminished. I went to him for professional answers to my medical concerns. I came prepared, with all necessary test results and a referral from my MD who expressed much concern prior to Dr Wongs visit. So yes, this visit was done out of great concern. He was extremely vague at answering my questions, I felt he was distracted, maybe had better things he wanted to be doing. He comes off a bit arrogant, just doesn't have a good bedside manner. I really hoped I'd found a good caring professional doctor. Not the case. I will be canceling my followup appointment. There's other Doctors out there who like what they do and have there patients concerns at hand regardless of the diagnosis or what there personal opinion might be. It took me years of being in pain to finally seek an answer. It would have been nice for him to have some compassion and kind words, instead, he demeaned himself.

My visit to Dr. Wong was terrible -- it was on Tuesday 2/19/ 2020--I went to see him because my hands ached so much and were extremely stiff, I could hardly hold a pen or pencil and to pick up something was very difficult and he kept calling me a LIAR over and over again as he squeezed my hand trying to make a fist, which was bringing tears to my eyes, so he could prove he was right and their was nothing wrong with my hands and the whole time he was smirking at his nurse as if to say "see I was right" --- even his nurse had an attitude problem. I will never use Dr. Wong again and I definitely not recommend him to anyone else.

Dr.Wong was horrible. He was rude , condescending, and dismissive. Dismissed my concerns about my continuous pain. Released me to full duty despite not having full function. He stated "you can do this and that because its been long time since your injury. There is nothing I can do. You can go back to work" He did not once examine my hand

I wish I could keep the one star however the system won't let me. I'm very displeased at this Dr. because he caused a major situation for my wife and I with his dianosis. Also he's violated the hippocratic oath he may need a reminder of what it stands for. Arrowhead Orthopedics may want to consider removing thios Dr. from it's network before it's slapped with a malpractice or malficence suit. He gave my wife a rash on her arm and dismissed her.

Dr. Wong is an excellent surgeon. I was in such pain with an extensive tear to my rotator cuff. The surgery was a complete success due to the skills of Dr. Wong. I have full mobility and most importantly, no pain. He is diligent and compassionate in his care. I cannot rate him high enough! Thank you Dr. Wong -
