Horrible office staff
Dr. Werner was great with my mother. There is another story with some of his staff in the office. They are rude and are allowed to treat patients horribly. You can not count on the office people to help with anything and they are a loud to speak to you anyway they wish too.

Great Doctor and staff
Dr. Werner and his staff were wonderful. They were very informative about the pre-colonoscopy details, and the procedure went off without a hitch. He was a great doctor and spent a significant amount of time to explain the results and what I needed to do to remain healthy. I highly recommend!

I would recommend Dr. Werner and I have recommended him to my family and friends because he's been there from day one of my cancer journey when he was contacted by my Radiologist. He takes his time with you and makes sure that you are ok or do you have any questions and he doesn't rush his patients into surgery, he makes sure that they need the procedures before he schedules them to be performed. He's been a blessing to me, my family, and friends as well.

Dr. Werner had the difficult task of doing my emergency colon surgery in 2017. This was on a Saturday morning by the way. He greeted me with a big smile and said I was a trooper. He did a great job. He's a straight shooter and will tell you the cancer can come back, which it did, three times. That upset me but in the end he was right. He is highly capable if your condition is workable, mine was barely. Thank you Dr. Werner!!

I have never been to this doctor or any in this group but my mother and husband have. Recently when trying to schedule a visit for my husband who was in quite a bit of pain, The office staff - one woman in particular (the one who would schedule an appointment) was extremely rude and uncaring. I realize that they are basically the only game in town, but there is no excuse for such poor treatment. going to Dallas from now on. Pretty sad that I would drive 3 plus hrs to avoid this office

One of my inlaws went to this Andrew Werner with severe pain in the growing area and he said oh your just a drug seeker looking for pain medicine , so she went to another doctor who did a simple test that showed she was in the 3rd stage of a cancer , she has since died as a result of this cancer , I would not recommend this doctor to anybody .
