He's a great doctor! I've only been able to work with him online but wish I lived in Cape Cod to go to his office in-person. Great care, compassionate listener, excellent doctor!

Would give ZERO stars if I could.
Arrogant, condescending, this guy thinks he’s something special. Won’t listen to you, total god complex and ultimately will not help your health issues. Stay away.

Doc Andy REALLY knows his stuff!!
I had Covid-19 and variants following the 5.5 months I was almost taken by it...I'm the 70-year-old Michigan State Spartan that NEVER QUITS and I found Doc at Plushcare.com...when he told me he was an X-hockey player I knew our senses of humor would be a big plus factor in him treating my multiple post-Covid residual sicknesses and illnesses...his bedside manner is to be heralded and he really knows his stuff when it comes to diagnosing it all and finding the root cause of the situation...he's also way up on his RX's and prescribed me one that took out a long-lingering factor that I'd been dealing with since Covid...WOW...what a relief...you will not regret having Dr. Andy handle your situation and most spectacular of him is his willingness to spend extra time with his diagnosis and finding a SOLUTION...something that 99.999999% of customer care services today JUST DON'T GET! Thanks Doc!! Much appreciated!

Dr. Van Vugt is an amazing physician. He only takes care of inpatient patients at CCH as a hospitalist. His bedside manner is supreme. He takes time to talk to patients. He took care of me for a month when I was in the hospital and made sure to see how I was doing daily. He follows through on requests as well; a rarity these days. If more doctors took his lead healthcare would be amazing in the US. It is too bad he does not have a practice.
