Dr. Andrew Spinak, MD

I have been a patient with Dr Spinal for over a decade. They have gotten progressively worse and rude. I had made an appointment in April.....they told me it would be April at the August 8th at Stony Point. There was no additional correspondence until today. I rec'd a call today saying the Doctor was not at that location and wanted to schedule another appointment. THAT appointment. The issue was I needed a 3:00 PM appointment and that pushed it back even further. As I explained the scenario, it became more and more apparent that I was becoming a bother to them. THEY inconvenienced me and want to get an attitude......evidently customer service is not a strong point. There are many eye doctors in this region of New York, the appointment was cancelled and I found an eye doctor who appreciated his customers.

Perfect for over twenty years! From first glasses here in Rockland to double cataract surgery a couple of years ago. My whole family goes to this office. Professional to the maximum, never an unanswered question especially that I ask many because of my work in the micro miniaturized electronics.

Dr. Spinak is wonderful. He answered all my questions and the staff was pleasant.

Wait times are excessive. And my last visit which was the first appointment after lunch was an unacceptable 25 minute wait. Then when they couldn't answer a question regarding costs for procedure I was having I was cavalierly sent back out to the waiting room to wait yet again for someone who might have been able to answer the question. If your time valuable this office is not for you.
