Dr. Andrew Skigen, DMD

Needed a wisdom tooth pulled. Most Oral Surgeons had a wait list well over a month out. Was able to get in about 3 weeks out. Office staff was wonderful! So friendly and professional. Not a long wait to see the Dr. When Dr. Skigen came in, he was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. He gave my gums time to get numb and pulled my tooth. Only took a few minutes. Absolutely NO pain then nor afterwards! Highly recommend this whole office!

BEWARE!! Need a tooth pulled, go elsewhere, FAST!! My elderly father required a tooth extraction prior to cancer treatment due to decay, was seen by Skigen and lo and behold, HE PULLED THE WRONG TOOTH! This guy pulled a healthy tooth! Completely misidentified the decayed tooth and ripped out a good one. Had to return and have the correct tooth pulled. Imagine going back TWICE to have a tooth pulled due to his incompetence, talk about insult to injury.. Too bad 1 star is the lowest. STAY AWAY, do it yourself even, better than this "dentist".

Office staff is excellent! Chair side for Dr. Stigen horrible ??. Dr. Stigen ok but u CAN find better and SHOULD!! Overcharges for services big time!

I can’t say how understanding and compassionate the entire staff at this practice was. I needed an extraction and was experiencing severe dental anxiety and everyone was so understanding and non judgmental. Particularly, Savannah she was there to answer questions and hold my hand. Dr. Skigen was kind, understanding and also non judgmental. From the time I walked in the office everyone was kind, professional and caring. Tara was so helpful with insurance issues and was patient helping me and my husband through the challenges insurances present. As a RN with over 30yrs experience, this is the patient customer service you’d want everyone to receive. I’d recommend this practice to anyone and particularly those with dental anxiety. Thank you Savannah again you were wonderful! And thank you Dr. Skigen!

The procedure was very expensive and included charges for duplicate X-rays. I was disappointed that the office staff and other patients did not wear masks. The Doctor also attempted to engage in a political discussion, which I found very inappropriate.

Terrible office mgr. She did not file my insurance correctly and cost me alot of money. She was very rude when trying to get her to correct this. She refused to do anything further. I had to file a complaint.
