Unhelpful, unreliable, unprofessional
My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Pinder since 2018. We have finally given up trying to hold him to standards a dedicated physician should have. During Covid, he refused to see us at all when we had tested positive. He denied our request for any helpful medication and told us to go to the ER at Baptist Medical Center which turned us away due to overcrowding. We survived on our own without medical care. Since then, we have seen him only when necessary to continue our prescription medication. When these visits increased to every 4 months while he denies critical refills until we are seen again, we finally had enough. We are leaving his 'practice' to find a physician who believes in the Hippocratic oath and sees the welfare of his patients as more important than the almighty dollar.
