Worst office experience I have had in my 57 years
I was calling for over two weeks leaving messages and no one ever got back to me to make an appointment. I have to physically go in to the office and speak to staff, who were nasty, to make the actual appt. Keep in mind I am in severe back pain for weeks at this point, even having to go the emergency because the pain sent me in to rapid a-fib. I made sure to drop off the x-rays of my back in advance and fill out all necessary paperwork. The day of my appt I show up on time, and after waiting the first thing they did was to take me for x-rays. I had to literally tell them that there was a CD dropped off days before, and that I confirmed it was scanned in to the system. Obviously no one checked my chart. At around 3:40 Dr. Peretz finally sees me, even though I was there early for a 3:00 appt, and he spends less than five minutes with me, and says I need an MRI, but for two days now I can't get anyone on the phone in his office to actually schedule it, as I continue be in pain.

I went to Dr. Peretz after dealing with 6 months of chronic pain and mostly loss of usage to my left arm. He diagnosed me properly in our first visit. I ended up with spinal surgery that immediately relieved the pain and regained my arm strength. I trust him because he has 20+ years of spinal surgery, you don't get to do this for 20 years if you aren't the best. His staff is amazing as well. You won't go wrong with Dr. Peretz.

I had L4-5 laminectomy in 2010 giving me 7+ years of pain-free quality of life. So, when I needed discectomy with fusion of C 6-7, I did not hesitate to return to Dr Peretz! I appreciate that he gives you sufficient information about your condition allowing you to make an informed decision about your healthcare.

I had L4-5 laminectomy in 2010. 7 years and counting with a high quality of life and pain free. So, when I needed a discectomy with fusion of C6-7, I had no hesitation returning to Dr Peretz for the surgery. I found him to be a knowlegable and skilled surgeon, who dignifies you by explaining your situation in a way that allows you, the patient, to make an informed decision concerning treatment/surgery.

If there were 10 stars I would give 10 stars, Dr Peretz performed surgery on my back after I ruptured a disc which leaked fluid onto the sciatic nerve root causing the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. Within the first week after surgery I began to feel normal again. Three months later I’m returning back to work and I feel amazing.. He is awesome and big thanks to Dr Slominski (Katonah Chiropractor) for introducing him to me.
