Dr. Naumoff himself is very good. The problem, and it's huge is the office itself. I've gone there for nearly 20 years and things have been fine until the last 2 years. During the last two years, you literally can't get through. I'm not even talking busy signals. It just rings and rings. I've resisted switching to another doctor during the last year or so but this week I had severe neck pain. I called 6 times today and could never get through. Several other friends have had the same issues. Too bad as Naumoff and the other doctors there are good but the office is just exhausting to deal with.

Dr. Naumoff listens carefully to all of my concerns and is intelligent enough to address each one without automatically writing a prescription. His approach to wellness makes a lot of sense to me and it’s easy to follow his instructions.

My mother was seen by Dr. Naumoff on a Monday, and clearly exhibited signs of a stroke or other issues. He released my mother, telling her to be careful not to fall as she almost fell at his office. He left her leave his office. She was taken to the hospital, immediately admitted, and after two more episodes, she passed away a week later. Granted, she had a serious illness, but if he had recognized obvious signs, she may have gotten proper immediate treatment and may have lived longer.
