Do NOT Recommend!!
I brought my 72 year old mother in to ER for extreme fatigue, confusion and abnormal gait after she got back from traveling. Something was seriously wrong! They admitted mom to the neuro floor to do work up and figure out what was wrong. Macdougall unfortunately, walked in and was more interested in being rude, passive aggressive and dismissive, telling us she shouldn’t be on the neuro floor bc nothing was wrong. He liked to correct us on the way we described each symptom my mom had. Many tests were run over the 2 days she was admitted. She finally got the call saying she was POSITIVE FOR WEST NLE VIRUS, after she was discharged and home! I was so angry with macdougalls rude and dismissive behavior. My mom was down for months and still can’t walk normal!! I would NEVER recommend this Dr. If you would like someone with a good bedside manner, go to someone else for your healthcare. Very disappointed.

During my initial meeting with this doctor he mocked me as I was trying to explain the head injury I sustained. He was so hostile and smug that I ended the appointment within a few minutes. Because of incompetent and arrogant doctors like him, I have been left to suffer horribly. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
