Horrible and unprofessional service!
He is unprofessional, argumentative, condescending, arrogant and provided horrible bedside manners. I had an extremely horrible experience communicating with him, felt unsafe, not listened to and didn't get any of my questions answered and had to beg for additional services to treat my condition. It was like pulling teeth. He really doesn't care for his patient’s needs or concerns and does not listen and disrespects the patient. I will never receive services from him again and I warn you not to waste your time and experience his disrespectful and unprofessional behavior!!!

Don't go to Dr. Lazar. He is ignorant and condescending. I went in for a rash that was coming and going and he said "Well, bad things don't go away on their own." I went somewhere else and was diagnosed for hives and dermatitis due to allergies etc. I also had my annual skin check and he kept playing down an annual check for skincare, saying moles could develop any time etc. My friend also had a negative experience seeing him.

Dr. Lazar is condescending, rude, indifferent, and irresponsible with terrible bedside manners and questionable medical expertise. I have recorded communications of him repeatedly failing to respond to questions. I walked out, refusing to sign the procedure consent form. I have reported him to the DC Department of Health and Kaiser management. I wish I would've recorded the audio of the conversation we had. I would have gone straight to the news. All I was asking for is clarity on the procedure because he failed to communicate anything prior to meeting He said things like, "you want to play doctor, so we're doing this exam." He dodged my questions and said "I know what I'm doing. Let's just get this over with." I have never reported a doctor or any health professional, but people need to be warned about this terrible disgrace for a doctor! Kaiser, get rid of him! All the other doctors I've had at Kaiser have been wonderful. He is a monster unfit to serve as a medical professional.

Ignorant. Told me because I was African American that did not need to wear sunscreen. Yes, a dermatologist said that.
