Dr. Andrew Kramer, MD

Dr Kramer did my first surgery in 2019. Because of his genuine care & not being hurried each time he came by my hotel to check on me, set him apart from any other doctor or urologist I’d ever seen b4. He is the best Dr I’ve ever seen & good at what he does. His staff is just as friendly. His Facility is very clean. You just don’t find good doctors like Dr Kramer around. He is one in a million. I just had my second procedure with Dr Kramer & he remembered me from 6 years ago. He also recalled some of our conversation. This really blew my mind. He is easy to get in with. Dr Kramer is a very good listener & explains the medical condition very well & in layman terms that is easy to understand & relate to. Dr Kramer Listens to ur questions & takes time to provides answers. You can tell Dr Kramer cares about his patients & very much enjoys his practice. Dr Kramer is a very personable Dr. and very easy to talk to. I just had my second surgery with Dr Kramer & his care just does not disappoint at all. Dr Kramer is a very top notch Dr & very professional but very down to earth. The first tine I met Dr Kramer it was like I had been established with him for years.

Great surgeon not only for his incredible surgical skill but his bedside manner and caring about how his patients are doing before during and after a procedure. He is one of the best I’ve ever had as a patient and a colleague (I’m a physician). I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Years ago, secretary Danielle Fisher told me that Dr. Kramer could perform the Rezum procedure. Under false pretenses, I wasted my day and pay to see Dr. Kramer. At that time, Dr. Kramer informed me that he was not capable of performing, or trained in, the Rezum procedure. I told Dr. Kramer that there were no services performed; he agreed that any charges should be waived; AND YET (after the deception and lack of service) he STILL submitted a claim to my insurance co. - OUTRAGEOUS! The favorable reviews don't take into account how Dr. Kramer can act when faced with ethical situations.

"Do not let him do surgery on you! Travelled across country to have him do the surgery. Had problems with my implant within a month and he insisted it was me and wouldn't help solve the problem. I had to call the company and found out that sometimes the valve gets stuck. The company rep told me what to do and it fixed it. Go to any other high volume implant doctor

He was everything you would want in a doctor. I will never be able to thank him enough and only wish I had done the implants sooner.

Dr Kramer saved my life! I would trust him with Mother or any family member. He is such a nice person and talented surgeon. He preformed emergency surgery on me and I had no issues or concerns. His office is great... The Assistants are nice & friendly they take you on time and answer all questions without rushing you

I came from over 400 miles away and can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made. Dr. Kramer is the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever met. My surgery was not only successful but the care I received before and after was exceptional. I truly believe he is one of the best in his field.

Dr. Kramer is a physician who loves his job and his patients and it shows. He takes joy in getting to know a patient and assuring them that their issues will be dealt with.
