Receptionist lady was extremely rude. Does not know how know how to speak to patients nor how to explain simple things. Could not even make an appointment.

As a patient of Dr. Hsu I have very positive experiences. I found Dr. Hsu from my insurance company's website. Just In the first two visits he had already helped me to avoided some dangerous medical situations with his experience, careful examination and diagnoses, as well as taking quick action. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Hsu and trust him 100%. The office lady is also kind and friendliness and very helpful. I am very thankful.
