You will receive inconsistent and dangerous care under Dr. Guzman. He's more concerned about being liked by his patients than he is carrying out his responsibilities as a medical professional. When I confronted him about not following up with me or his team about the next step in my medical care, he thought it best to ask for sympathy by confiding in me that he had enough of the s***show that is Howard Brown and was about to quit his job. What a joke. Try again, "Dr."

Very snarky with every sentence. Dr Guzman mis-prescribed 2 important meds I've been on for 10+ years. He cut my dose of 1 medication in 1/2 even though he agreed to fulfil itwithout my knowledge. He expected me to split a 5mg 2mm pill, in 4ths which is so small it's impossible to spit in 1/2, let alone in 4 pieces

It looks like this profile is out of date, but I use Dr. Guzman as my main doctor and I couldn’t be happier. He’s smart, focused, has great bedside manner, and very caring... I can’t say enough good things about him. My most recent appointment with him was at Howard Brown Health Center in Rogers Park.

Dr Andrew Guzman is currently working full time for Howard Brown seems more prepared to STD treatments, HIV patient care...Anything outside of young gay health related issues, he hasn't done the hard work to keep informed on mainstream health concerns and doesn't seem to know what he's talking about
