Over 15 years I've used Dr Freeman
He cares and he listens. He takes time with you (so there may be a little wait time to see him). He has jumped right on it when I got shingles ( in my 40's ) that went up the side of my face and close to my left eye. He has been a great doctor. I would highly recommend!

Does not take any new patients over 65 or over. Waited an hour and 8 minutes for my appointment had to leave to pickup grandson at such school. Won't be going back never saw the doctor I was a new patient arrived 30 minutes early per their requirements to fill out paperwork. It was an I-Pad that asked me if they could give my private information to their advertisers. Uh, no! You make the decision!

My husband and I have used this group and Dr. Freeman more than 10 years now. He takes as much time as we need so if we wait s bit to see him it is worth it. Heather, his nurse is superb-always Check’s our messages on the portal (which we love) and gets our refills and other requirements taken care of in lightening speed. We love this practice!

Dr. Freeman is a true blessing to all his patients. I'm 63 years old and have been one of his patients for almost 5 years. He ALWAYS takes that extra mile to be sure his patients recieve the best care possible. I've had several health issues and have had some great Drs. & surgeons, but Dr. Freeman is no doubt the most talented & caring people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. I feel like my life has been blessed, & I highly recommend the Dr. The people of Baldwin county Alabama, are very fortunate to have him. Thanks doc, & God bless ya. Sincerely Mr. R. Fontenot

I think Dr. Freeman is the best general practitioner I have ever been to. He is very thorough and takes time to answer your questions. I never feel rushed out of his office.

Moved here and went to him, terrible bedside manner, ignored us when said good bye to leave, screwed up my husbands script (pharmacy even called us because they didn’t understand it) and he refused to correct it. Would never recommend him to anyone!

My son was told he needed a "New patient" appt since he had not been in over a yr. (Took over a month to get new patient appt.) Automated call system reminded me the day before that he had an appt at 3:00. WE ARRIVED AT 2:55 AND WERE TOLD HE WOULD HAVE TO RESCHEDULE because the nurse wanted us to be there 30 min early. What ??? !!! The call I received the day before said "you have an appt AT 3:00" We were there at 3:00!!!! Fri afternoon - I think the nurse just wanted to get off early

I was a patient of Dr. Freeman's for a few years. I had to move out of state for 2 years. Upon coming back I went in for a checkup and to let him know I need a couple of prescription refills. One of them being Xanax, which HE used to manage and prescribe for me. I have taken 1mg twice a day for about 10 years. So I come in and talk to him and he wouldn't write it, he said he refers people to psychiatrists for that now! My Rx runs out in a week. I have epilepsy. I'll have a massive seizure/die.

Front desk staff are not helpful. I've been a patient for many years, along with my family. No more. Andrew...your staff is your responsibility. You just lost 4 patients, if you care.
