Multiple errors when scheduling blood tests.
Made multiple errors two years in a row on ordering blood tests which resulted in my having to have multiple blood draws. Never accepted responsibility for his errors or apologized. Instead, he blamed his staff and an outreach service which in turn blamed him. Finally, they told me to get the additional blood test if I wanted the results and then the doctor told me to find another PCP. Absolutely, 100% not recommended.

Low-Skilled & Totally Unprofessional
Bad listener, hostile passive-aggressive personality. Unmotivated. Only knows how to throw symptom masking pills at the problem and gets annoyed and blames you if the pills have horrible side-effects or if you ask questions. Would not recommend.

Never. I had a severe case of poison ivy. Doctors had tried everything. I had been to several. So I went to the famous world renowned CCF thinking they’d offer help of some kind. In front of my young child, he yelled at me and accused me of being a drug addict. I was shocked. He never saw the lesions on my body, never even looked. He’s a knuckle dragger if there ever was one! AVOID!

He is a wonderful doctor! He is the first one to actually listen to my kids. He wants to know how they are doing. He listens to my concerns, answers all questions, is calm, compassionate, non-judgmental, genuinely cares about my kids health.

Dr. Franko has been my PCP since 2011, following a stem-cell transplant at the Clev Clinic Taussig Center. He is the best doctor I have had, and I have had a few. He is patient, caring, a good listener, and non-judgmental. He takes his time to evaluate you on each visit, and is patient in answering your questions and discussing alternative treatments. He has identified the onset of diabetes and hypertension, and is providing me effective treatments. He has been also been instrumental in helping me live with my complex regional pain syndrome.

Verbally abusive and judgemental Doctor. Would not recommend him to anyone and or his staff. He doesn't listen to your health concerns, just places judgement, is unprofessional completely!

This Dr was rude, not helpful at all, and actually asked me, "What do you think I can do for you?" - so much for the "Patient's First" attitude.

More interested in where I was going to be using future services and with whom, instead of what my history was. I have lived out of town, but worked in Cleveland for a long time, so I used many different areas, depending on what the situation was. He did not seem interested unless I was going to use all of the Clinics services.
