I had been seeing Dr. Feinberg for two years for chronic depression and PTSD treatment. Generally he would wrap up the appointments at about ten minutes. I tried to be respectful of his time and would let him give me short appointments. A month ago I needed 15-20 minutes and he cut me off to see the next patient. This was a huge trigger for me because the last psychiatrist I had 11 years ago cut my appointments down to minutes and Feinberg rushed me the same way. I was betrayed when I was vulnerable.

Doctor Feinberg is great. I have been seeing him for a year and he’s always on time and helpful. He’s very knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a psychiatrist!

5 year long patient here. He's a great doctor, long as you never take a benzodiazepine (Ativan, Valium, etc). He does not believe in them. For over 10 years, I take one ativan/lorazepam 0.5mg (prescribed) about twice a month so I don't cry at work. I'd like to not cry at work, so I am finding a new doctor.
