Staff is horrible. There are always mix ups about appointment days and times. There are better doctors you can go to.

To begin, I was seeing two hours after my appointment. He did not cover my concerns and to top it off, got my prescription wrong and was not willing to redo my eye exam without having to pay for my copay again. I think is was completely unprofessional. I went back to Americans Best and was able to see a new doctor who was very helpful, took his time and was able to diagnose me with a very low percentage of glaucoma on my right eye. I will suggest he takes his time with patients since it is very important who rely on them with our health concerns. I am never going back!

I am 100% happy with him and everyone in the practice. They are extremely professional while still remaining caring and taking time to explain to you what is happening and what needs to be done. Can't say enough good things about them!

I waited 30 minutes before being seen. This is disrespectful to a patient. You can't pay back my time, yet if a patient is late they're penalized. Dr. Feinberg was professional, but not very personable. Overall, the care was fair.
