Andrew Epstein doesn't follow WPATH SOC or even basic medical standards. He avoids answering straightforward questions. He even tried to talk me into more surgery than that for which I was originally referred. **Worst of all, drugged me unconscious on surgery day when I tried to desist!** Epstein lacks an elementary understanding of endocrinology that any doctor, especially a urologist, should know. Answered my questions with short, vague sentences and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him with my health issues. I was curious and scared, therefore I asked 5 or 6 questions to help myself better understand the situation. He was clipped and responded as though my questions were stupid or inconsequential. I gained no information from him as a result. I left the office with the same medication that has not been working for the past several months and a desire to never see this man again.
