Friendly and engaged
The office got me in same day to see Dr. Ebert when I called about my broken foot, which was amazing! He was so nice, and actually listened to me about my injury, which can be uncommon with surgeons. He was decisive about a treatment plan and explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend Dr. Ebert!

Great doc
In April 2023 I had Dr Ebert operate on my foot. I had shattered my left big toe join where it attaches to my foot. I walked around with it for probably six months before seeing him. I have neural I barely felt it. He said had I not had neuropathy I would have been under the knife a day or so after I broke it. Well he is AMAZING! He is kind, compassionate, took lots of time with me at all of my appointments and his work was great. I later saw an X-ray of my foot and never realized how much work he did. Wow! I HIGHLY recommend Dr Ebert. Their office is busy and can be less than optimal but the physicians there are top notch. I see Dr Seade for my shoulder and he is one of the best. You don’t go there for the office staff, you go there for the best doctor you can get.

Very nice and patient dr
I went to doctor Ebert for a broken foot. I first time i went i saw his PA. She was wonderful. She took her time and explained everything to me . On my second visit I saw Dr. Ebert he was also kind. Very patient answered all of my questions. even the bizarre ones. He gave me an estimate of how long it’ll take to get better and understood my specific medical conditions without me reminding him. He altered his timeline on how long a broken foot takes to heal and specifically tailored to me. If you have a broken foot, I would absolutely recommend you go to Dr. Ebert.

Tendon replaced
I had the right tendon replaced, with tendonitis in my ankle and surgery was performed in late April, 2024. I had worn a custom brace for 16 months prior to surgery. Dr Ebert was great in explaining what needed to be done, how hard the recovery would be, and I must have somebody live with me for the first 8 weeks as my foot would be nonweight bearing. Dr Ebert has always answered any questions I had, and as indicated, I would walk again wearing shoes without a big brace. I have completed 8 weeks of PT and I am walking with a supportive foot and ankle. The recovery was long, but I chose Dr Ebert and that was an excellent choice. His office staff has always been professional and helpful. I will continue to follow-up as suggested.

Poor in every regard
Avoid this doctor. Waited 90 minutes after appointment time on multiple occasions. Doctor stays with you for 5 minutes and does not listen. Writes down incorrect information in your file. Waiting room is chaotic with people yelling at staff about the long wait. They do not read electronic messages and phones not answered. Tried canceling an appointment by phone and message. They charged me anyway. Tried to call about that, no answer in the office. Did not release my MRI results to me in a timely way. Had to threaten them with a HIPA violation to get it. Going to another doctor.

Expert Treatment
Dr. Ebert is an expert in his field. He preformed a very complicated procedure on my left foot five years ago which has greatly enhanced my quality of life. Throughout the initial consultation and recovery I received compassionate care.I am back as his patient to undergo additional surgery complicated by the residual effects of polio. I have complete trust and confidence in Dr. Ebert.

Best of the Best! So glad I chose Dr Ebert & staff
I was referred to Dr. Ebert by my employer who is a Physical Therapist. I was so impressed by the care I received in the Cedar Park office. Dr Ebert was thorough and professional. The staff was always friendly and efficient. Every appointment time I had was completed in a timely manner. Then, as a post surgical patient, the staff was always available for questions or concerns and returned phone calls very quickly. I was quite impressed with the individual care I received, both prior to surgery and post surgical. I also felt very confident in my care during the procedure which was performed by Dr Ebert and his PA. Having seen numerous post surgical incisions and scars, I was very impressed by the skills of Dr Ebert and Lauren. I am so glad that I entrusted the care of my foot injury to Dr Ebert and his staff.

Cattle Call
Appointment ran 45 minutes behind which is fine if I would have felt that I had Dr. Eberts attention when it was my turn. He left my room twice after being in there for 30 seconds to go check on other patients needs. Seemed rushed and overbooked. He didn't go over my MRI with me. He also didn't introduce himself to my husband who was in the room with me. The front desk staff was amazing. His MA also seemed overwhelmed and in a hurry. When I asked about her filling out my short term disability form, she said they only “grant” 3 months time even though that’s the amount of time for recovery. I explained I stopped working Friday (this was Monday) due to pain and swelling and I needed more than the 3 month period for them and she said they can’t do it. I’ve used short term disability in the past and never had an issue with this. No one smiled and it didn't feel welcoming. I work in the medical field myself and I always smile and give my patients my attention.

Dr. Ebert is Outstanding!!
After a recent total R ankle replacement, I can say first-hand that Dr. Ebert is the best foot/ankle surgeon in Central Texas. He is thorough, explains your options in an easy to understand manner, and also has a keen attention to detail during surgery. His staff (Loren, PA and Holly, medical asst) are very helpful as well. I can recommend Dr. Ebert without reservation, but schedule early because he's very busy. (Also recommend Dell Seton Med. Center at the University of Texas for your surgery, if that is an option.)

Time to Heal
I’ve had feet, ankle and tendon issues for many years now. Dr. Ebert is very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns and then order some blood testing and an MRI to rule out some neurological and autoimmune issues. I haven’t been able to do those however they are scheduled and I appreciate his prompt concern. I would highly recommend Dr. Ebert. FYI- The wait in the lobby was no more than 20-30 minutes and that’s just fairly common today. The staff was courteous and prompt.

Wish I had done it sooner
Dr Ebert performed ankle replacement surgery on my left ankle on January 12 this year. It is now April 27 and I am doing excellent. Virtually no pain in the ankle (and haven't had any since about a week after surgery and pain was never more than a 2 level). I've been doing my PT as instructed and cannot say enough good things about the experience. I'm feeling like I'm at 100% recovered. Wish I had done it a few years ago!

You heal faster when you are confident in your Dr
Dr Ebert is extremely knowledgeable in his craft and he is the kind of Dr that you still see post-op. He doesn't move on and send you to his minions only. That increased my confidence within this whole process. For those reasons, along with his intelligent, fun and friendly minions; plus the successful surgery; these are the reasons I am giving 5 stars.

Dr. Ebert is great but not worth the hassle
Dr. Ebert was great, he took time to listen to my issues, was very detailed in his explanations and clearly knowledgeable. What I liked most was that he took my lifestyle and feedback into consideration before making treatment recommendations. However, my overall experience was very disappointing because of the office staff. I was in the waiting room over an hour past my scheduled appointment time, and the entire staff (with the exception of the X-ray tech and his PA) were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They all had the most condescending attitude and literally rolled their eyes at me when i asked for an ETA after waiting over 90 minutes to see the doctor. Customer service was a 0/10. I would only recommend Dr. Ebert if you’re willing to wait up to 2 hours to be seen and put up with his rude staff before seeing a good doctor.

Dr. Ebert is an amazing physician! He is very knowledgeable and is very good at explaining things. I recently had ligaments repaired and I am so glad that he was the one to do it. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process and has done so throughout the healing process as well. He is very professional and I cannot recommend him enough.
