This doctor went in and took off 6 toe nails of my mother's. She was in need of 1 to nail removal on Jan. 2 2018. My mother ultimately died from a blood infection due to debredding her nails. He also never called me to inform me of anything happening with my mother. She was in no state to make decisions on her own.
