A compassionate doctor is a good doctor
Dr. Dalovisio though knowledgeable in his profession seems rushed and doesn't always thoroughly read case notes before entering the patient room for appointments. There seems to be a lot of turnover in staff he works with. The most disappointing thing in his interaction with me is his robotic demeanor which gives me the impression that I am just another number. Dr. Dalovisio appears to lack compassion. If you appreciate compassion in your doctor, you might want to consider going to a different doctor.Sent from my iPhoneSent from my iPhone

Excellent Physician!
I’ve been under Dr Dalavisio’s exceptional care for several years. He always has time for my questions and gives explanations that I can understand. When I have reached out to him through the Ochsner message system he is prompt to reply. He coordinates my care with my other Dr and they work well together. I highly recommend him.

Very slow at processing urgent medicine. Also my medicine was sent to the wrong pharmacy in another city. 4 times in a row. I called and emailed 4 times in a row with no response until 4: when the office closes at 5
