Dr. Andrew Borom, MD

Dr, Borham was very friendly and suggested a surgery I didn't think I could ever have. He explained it to me in great detail and said it is up to me so I am now considering it. He spent a lot of time explaining it and the rehab from it.

Explained each picture and video from the CT scan to best determine the type of surgery that is needed.

Even tho Dr. Borom was late due to an emergency surgery, when he arrived he was friendly , and I felt like he listened and did a well rounded exam !

My daughter was in a terrible car accident where she broke her femur and tore her Achilles Dr Borom basically performed a miracle with repairing her Achilles. Six months of physical therapy and a year n four months after the accident she has been released from his services and doing great. 10 out of 10 highly recommend

Great doctor. My visit with Dr. Borom was very pleasant. He was respectful and caring. It was striking how he handled my foot so delicately as he had something precious in his hands. He shared my X-rays pointing out the torn ligament and the other fractures. He went over his plan to get the ankle healed with clarity. He aIso identified other issues with my feet. I would recommend him.

My appointment was 1 hour 45 minutes late and the admin staff were completely unprepared (were going to do an X-ray, which was not warranted, and which I declined, and did not provide the doctor with correct notes). Dr. Borom, who did my surgery 13 months ago, is an excellent surgeon. However, the office is not adequately staffed and would benefit from knowledgeable nurses and PAs added to the staff. They always say the doctor will be with you shortly and this is rarely correct. I trust my surgery to Dr Borom but expect aggravation at follow up visits.

I absolutely love and recommend TOC and Dr. Borom. I had my right foot fusion surgery back in May. The office staff has been amazing, Brandon (PA) is very knowledgeable and very helpful as well. Dr. Borom is very professional and personable when talking to you as a patient. He has tons of experience and is easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him for your foot and ankle needs.

I saw Dr. Borom yesterday for the first time as a patient. He was wonderful. He spoke to me as an equal and I didn't have to google any medical terms that needed further understanding. He explained how this type of defect happens, how he could fix a previous surgery that didn't go so well, and also said that even though I had my bunion fixed with the first surgery, if it is not causing me any pain, just leave it be. The highlight was when he shared photos from his recent trip to Africa which included the elusive black leopard! Thank you Dr. Borom for your kindness and love of BIG CATS!

I was super comfortable from the moment I met him, we went over my injury and the repairs and I can say today no pain in my ankle or calf!!

Dr. Borom explained my issues at length. Told me my options. He took the time to answer all my questions and I didn't feel rushed during this time. It is nice having knowledgeable Dr's in Panama City, Florida and don't make you feel like you are another number.Inpressed with Dr.Borom and his staff. I have problems with a toe joint that was fused by a surgery from another doctor. Unfortunately at this time there is no artificial joint replacement Or transplants of smaller toe bones available. Dr. Borom was very helpful explaining what could be done at this time. He is very understanding and explains options in an easy to understand manner. I would recommed.

Dr Borom did a thorough examination and explained my injury results. He gave the best knee shot ever!!

This peticular Doctor. He came in confident , kind and knowledgeable beyond what even I expected. The disorder is very rare and very few physicians know much about it. The only time my daughter got this kind of care was at Chans of Orlando with 5 different doctors coming in .
