Charged $1,022 For A Total Of 5-8 Mins At Hospital
I feel I have received an excessively large bill for your services, Dr. Azab. You originally charged me $1,022 for 5-8 minutes consultation (for the two bills), at RWJ Barnabas Hospital. I would have called but none of the listed phone numbers connect to you. I sent a letter (March 2024) to the hospital’s billing department and they never responded to that letter. In that letter I mentioned that the orthopedic team did not know who you were, so you apparently never consulted with them. Now I am receiving letters from a financial services company for collection on the remaining amount I owe. How do you justify your bill amount and, if you cannot, please reverse these charges. Thank you.
