I have had 2 surgeries from Dr. Cruz!

Dr Cruz is a very attentive, thorough & professional. I would recommend his services to anyone.

This doctor has always been attentive to any concerns I've had and never late for an appointment. He spotted melanoma at stage zero where I was completely unaware.

He is an amazing dermatologist, I had several basal cells removed early enough by him to prevent further issues. One of them had to be referred to MOHS surgery and I had the plastic surgery on my forehead to correct. If not for Dr. Cruz I might be dead.

Terrible Physician. Not sure he has a License to practice. DO NOT SEE THIS doctor, man. I was scheduled to have a 1 hr appt which was to include a full body scan. What I got was MAYBE 6 mins. of quickly looking at my skin, not all my body, and done! This was my first (and last) visit with him. Not attentive, cut me and my Caregiver off when We would ask questions or show or tell him an issue with my skin, etc. We were in and out in 6 minutes! Horrible bedside manner. One foot out the door, didn’t exam my whole body as he was supposed to. I had issues that needed to be looked at and talked about, he wasn’t interested nor did he care. Luckily my Caregiver was in there and witnessed such incompetence and rudeness in Cruz-Inigo. I can’t bring myself to call him a Doctor....what I experienced today with him, he was no Physician. 2 of his Staff (Jeanette and Gabriella) were great! Nice, personable, knowledgeable (more than Cruz-Inigo) I feel bad they have to work for someone like that.??

Dr. Cruz and his staff are all amazing. I had a few procedures and unfortunately had some complications. Jeannette at the front desk was quick to get me in and is so personable and friendly every time I come into the office, no matter how busy they are. Dr. Cruz followed up on all my issues until they were resolved.. Couldn't ask for a better Dermatologist. Really great office and staff!!

I am shocked reading some of these reviews. I was Dr. Cruz 2nd patient, my husband was his 3rd. He is the best derm we have ever seen. Dr has always been very respectful ,efficient and compassionate. He is far above most of the Scripp's doctors we have seen. I owe my husband's life to him. When a Scripps radiologist MISSED a tumor on my husband's liver that had been there at least 9 mos, he guided us to Mayo in Mn. He was the dr that called us every other day to check on my husband's condition.

Verbally abusive to patients. Horrible bed side manners. Completely rude and arrogant.

Worst physician ever. He doesn't care about his patients. Super cold. Selfish.
